World’s biggest slot machine cheats banned from A.C.

Dennis McAndrew, 64, and Eugene Bulgarino, 72, are two of America’s most notorious, and most successful, slot cheats. With McAndrew masterminding the operation and Bulgarino acting as his right hand man, the two headed up a gang that stole more than $6 million from Vegas casinos including Circus Circus, The Luxor, Sahara, Excalibur, The Rio and Harrah’s between 1996 and 1997.

The gang used a handheld computer to program slots so they would pay out huge jackpots. In 2004 the gang were placed on Nevada’s casino blacklist, banning them from setting foot inside any casino in Nevada.

Now, two years later, Atlantic City casinos have followed suit. New Jersey regulators voted unanimously on Wednesday to bar the pair from the states casinos, for the rest of their life.
