In a case that no online casino will ever need to worry about, the two former cocktail waitresses at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa have claimed the casino workplace is "polluted by rampant sexual stereotypes", alleging the employer imposed weight limits, encouraged girls to have breast implants, and valued looks over performance.

Trisha Hart, 28, and Renee Gaud, 36, are seeking damages for compensation, back-pay and humiliation.

A spokesman for the Borgata said the casino would not comment as litigation was pending.
