Wagerworks, the online gambling software provider behind the MegaJackpots Cluedo slot game, has announced that a 48 year-old man from Portsmouth has scooped a staggering  £2,086,585 after the game paid its progressive jackpot.

The windfall came after five MegaJackpots symbols on the centre payline with a maximum bet play meaning the progressive jackpot had been hit. The payout has been confirmed as the largest ever win paid out to a British bookmaker customer.

Don't dismay though, as the online jackpot was immediately topped back up to £1.5 million, ready for the next lucky punter to try to win the life-changing sum of money.
