The ‘Heart of the City’ project, which has already been responsible for the Peace Garden, the Winter Garden, and a new hotel will now have a multi-storey car park and a casino built just off Charles Street.

A casino in the town centre will bring in finance to the area, and will also mean city gamblers no longer have to travel outside the city.
