Milton Keynes-based Praesepe has announced a strategic partnership agreement with virtual bingo site JackpotJoy.com that will see the creation of a new online games portal at CashinoGaming.com.

Praesepe was previously known as Aldgate Capital and is the low-stake and high-volume gaming group founded last year that recently launched the Cashino brand of land-based adult gaming centres in the UK. The deal will see CashinoGaming.com offer a full range of over 100 online games from JackpotJoy.com as of this month along with the firm’s ‘best of breed’ customer support services.

Praesepe stated that the agreement with JackpotJoy.com represents an important development for the firm and is an endorsement of its vision to create a low-stake and high-volume pan-European gaming group earning £50 million by 2010.
