New floating casino for Michigan City
The new casino, featuring the largest hull size of any casino boat in America, was the central part of the $170 million expansion of the Blue chip property.
With 65,000 square feet of gaming, the new boat is an improvement not just in size, but also convenience – it is contained on a single floor, compared to the previous boat’s three level casino.
The casino has 2,170 slot machines, and 51 table games, including blackjack, craps, roulette, Dragon Bonus and poker. It opened on the 28th January.
