Harrah’s selling Nevada Casino
The two items will be sold together as a package for $170,000,000 in cash to American Real Estate Partners LP, which is a holding company that deals in home furnishings, gaming, oil and real estate. A Harrah’s statement said it expects to close the deal in mid-2006.
