Real estate developer Concord Wilshire Partners are set to build the 2,300 room Maxim Hotel & Casino, covering 60,000 square feet on nine acres of just to the north of the Circus Circus building.

Maxim is due to gain licensing fees from the operation, which will feature a nightclub called the Maxim Lounge as well as a 3000 seat concert venue, a pool, a spa, restaurants and shops.
