The A-list Hollywood celebrity had teamed up with fellow Oceans Eleven star Brad Pitt and Cindy Crawford’s husband Rande Gerber with the plan to build a $3 billion casino complex in Las Vegas.

But now it seems the dream may be over after the trio failed to get planning permission for the casino, after being overlooked in favour of other developments in the same area.
