The game, which was recently approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission, is similar to some casino poker games already in existence. Player receive two ‘hole’ cards at which point they must bet five times the original bet to see the flop. Or, if they wish, they can go “all-in”, which amounts to betting ten times the original bet.

Up to six players can play at the same time – all against the dealer. Players can also lay down bonus bets on the eventuality of getting a royal flush.
