“Echelon Place” will feature four distinctive hotels, operated by joint ventures with other company’s. Shangri-La Hotels and resorts will be operating a 400 room hotel, while the Morgans Hotel Group will be a partner in two signature hotels, helping both to finance and operate the venues.

There will also be an ExpoCenter and a retail promenade. The site is currently occupied the Stardust Hotel and Casino, which the Boyd group plans to operate while it finalises plans for the new development.
