Atlantic City Reports Best November in History
But this year is bucking the trend, according to a report form the Casino Control Commission. For the first time in the 27 year history of Atlantic City gambling, gaming revenue for the month of November almost broke $400 million, falling tantalisingly short at $399.7 million.
According to the figures slot revenues jumped 5.7 percent to $290 million, and table winnings jumped 9 percent to $109.7 million. Two thirds of Atlantic City’s casinos posted big gains for the month.
