The AIM listed gaming operator will take over Nedplay’s player database, Internet domains and intellectual property with immediate effect.

32Red said that the Kahnawake licensed Nedplay brand will continue to function as normal. Any outstanding withdrawals will be paid shortly as the website’s new owners ponder the future of the brand.

Nedplay had been faltering in recent weeks with bad communications and slow-pay problems. Player reaction to the takeover by 32Red has been favourable.
