Three Card Poker - About
Consisting of pairplus and ante-and-play it is, in effect, two games in one, and although most people will play both at once a considerable number of people may elect to play just one form or the other. Players can switch between playing one or other or both types of poker with every hand.
The purpose in Three Card Poker is two-fold. With your pairplus bet the idea is to make either a pair or better, which will guarantee a specified payout regardless of what the dealer holds. With the ante-and-play bet the object is simply to beat the dealer, for which you will be paid even money.
Three Card Poker History
Three Card Poker is an American version of the British game ‘Brag’, a game that originated over three centuries ago when it was known as Primero.
Originally Primero and Brag were games that incorporated the traditional poker skill of bluffing, though this has been completely removed from Three Card Poker as you will see below.
