Microgaming is now delivering its Quickfire Flash-based casino and mobile content to players at WilliamHill.com, the Isle of Man-based provider has announced.
The games went live on the UK bookie’s open platform on 17 July, following a new licensing agreement signed between the two companies.
Microgaming was not previously supplying content to Hill’s, being Ladbrokes’ primary igaming supplier for many years. Lads recently entered a software and services agreement with Playtech, following the latter’s exit from its JV with Hill’s.
Microgaming CEO Roger Raatgever, the longest serving CEO in the igaming industry, said his company was “thrilled” to be adding a “giant in the world of online gaming” to its client list. He said he was confident the relationship would “go from strength to strength”.
William Hill’s Director of Gaming James Curwen said the Quickfire agreement would provide players with “world-class gaming content” and that working with Microgaming would “will strengthen our position globally”.
Microgaming’s no-download casino has been taken on by a host of global igaming operators since its launch back in 2010, including Bet365, one of the first online casinos to go live, and fast-growing UK brand Sky Vegas.
