The owner of mobile casino Ladylucks has entered a content and distribution partnership with US and Asia-facing supplier Spin Games, aimed at bolstering its games roster.
Spin Games will provide Probability with content from its portfolio of slots and video poker titles, while Probability will collaborate with Spin to develop HTML5 mobile versions of these games and roll these out on its mobile gaming platform and network, which includes its own direct-to-consumer brands such as LadyLucks and Moobile as well as B2B white-label partners such as William Hill and Paddy Power.
Probability CEO Charles Cohen said Spin Games had an “amazing pedigree” in games for the bricks ‘n’ mortar casino market, particularly Asia and the US, saying that working together the companies could create “world-class” mobile gaming content.
He revealed that the first step would be to add a range of Spin Games’ innovative video poker formats to its platform, putting these “within reach of millions of consumers” using the thousands of different types of mobile handsets out in the market.
Spin Games founder Kevin Young said the deal would combine Probability’s distribution expertise in Europe with his own company’s innovative IP content. “ It’s a great time to be in the interactive space”, he said.
London-listed and Gibraltar-licensed Probability operates B2C brands Ladylucks and Moobile as well as licensing its games on a white label basis to leading operators such as William Hill and Paddy Power.
The company recently revealed that 80% of players recruited to its direct-to-consumer brands LadyLuck’s and Moobile were not existing online gamblers.
The company also entered the regulated Italian online gambling market last year when it acquired B2B supplier Playyoo, which powers online casino market leader Lottomatica’s Vegas Club brand.
