Microgaming launches re-deal blackjack

32Red’s games supplier Microgaming has bolstered its fast-growing portfolio of games with a twist on its ever-popular European Blackjack Gold.

New variant European Blackjack Redeal Gold enables players to either re-deal their own cards, the Dealer cards or their last card, being able to do this up to five times for a small fee.

The new game also introduces a range of chip sizes, as well as a new table perspective, making for smoother and faster gameplay.

Also joining the Microgaming line-up this April is five-feel, 25 pay-line video slot Piggy Fortunes, based on the much-loved Three Little Pigs fairy tale.

The appearance of the infamous Big Bad Wolf next to the three houses constructed of brick, wood or straw sets off the wild winds, which in turn triggers the multiplier feature, offering players up to five free spins.

Both the new titles are available with operators running Microgaming’s download, Flash and Quickfire platforms.

The Isle of Man-based supplier also this week had its certified software seal renewed by industry certification body eCOGRA. Microgaming CEO Roger Raatgever, now officially the longest serving CEO in the industry following the recent departure of OpenBet CEO David Loveday, said the approval of its casino and poker software 2reflects how seriously we take player protection and responsible gaming.”

The MPN’s newly restructured bad beat jackpot was also triggered for the third time last week. Stan James player _TiltShove_ took home €370,789 of the €924,728 jackpot after his straight flush lost out to a higher straight flush. He called the win “life changing” for him and his family.
