Ladbrokes Casino is to launch the entire games portfolio of leading Las Vegas-based casino and egaming supplier IGT.
IGT announced today that Ladbrokes.com will soon feature 120 of IGT’s online and mobile casino games, including its own classic properties such as Da Vinci Diamonds and Cleopatra as well as its market-leading branded slots such as Star Trek: Against All Odds (pictured) and Monopoly.
The deal extends the relationship between the two companies first revealed back in May, and will see the full portfolio of IGT’s mobile titles rolled out at Ladbrokes in early 2013.
Ladbrokes’ new relationship with IGT marked the end of its exclusive supply deal with Microgaming for its slots content, although the Isle of Man-based supplier continues to power the UK bookmaker’s online poker offering.
Ladbrokes’ head of eGaming Casino and Games Product Richard Poole said the deal demonstrated his company’s previously stated commitment “to work with best-of-breed suppliers”. He added that Ladbrokes “will be undertaking a comprehensive promotional campaign to launch the games.”
IGT’s Europe, Middle East and Africa Interactive Commercial Director Leigh Nissim added that the agreement brought together “two of the world’s most successful gaming companies”.
Ladbrokes CEO Richard Glynn embarked on a renegotiation of its core supplier contracts early last year shortly after his appointment, as he sought to receive the best terms and offer the “best-of-breed” products.
Ladbrokes also has contracts with Evolution Gaming and CWC Gaming for its live dealer products.
