Microgaming will shortly launch a mobile version of its fast-fold poker variant, Blaze Poker, it confirmed today.
The Isle of Man-based provider to leading brands such as 32Red said it was “gearing up for the imminent launch of Blaze Mobile”, following the roll-out of the desktop version to Microgaming Poker Network licensees including Ladbrokes and Stan James from May.
Microgaming’s mobile push will also see it follow this up with the launch of Mobile Bingo, made available to its mobile client base of 42 operators.
The recent launch of HTML5 casino games Ladies Nite and Spring Break takes the number of titles in Microgaming’s mobile portfolio to 75, the largest number of games available from a online gaming software supplier that are compatible across all mobile platforms, including its Flash-based Quickfire platform, according to Microgaming.
The supplier’s games, from a company which developed its first mobile casino more than eight years ago in 2004, are now playable on more than 3,000 mobile devices, including all Apple iPhone and iPad, BlackBerry and Android-powered devices.
Neill Whyte, Microgaming’s head of product channels, said the company remained “focused on creating a highly innovative and flexible offering for the mobile gaming market.”
