Casino games developer CryptoLogic, which suppliers operators such as 888.com and Betfair, has signed a licensing agreement to provide its games to scratch card and instant win game provider NeoGames.
The games will be rolled out across NeoGames’ network of more than 30 online gambling operators, which include Bet365, Betsson and Sportingbet.
Ian Price, group head of business development at CryptoLogic, said the company was “pleased to welcome a company with the reputation and reach of NeoGames to our list of blue-chip licensees.”

The board of Toronto-listed CryptoLogic this week agreed terms for the acquisition of the business by fellow Canadian software provider Amaya for US $2.535 or £1.606 a share.
